Options Dialog

Use the Options dialog to configure some general options for the workstation. To display the Options dialog, choose Tools ➔ Options from the Main Menu.

 

The following fields are on the Options dialog:

Show Warning Message when Delete Job Check box

Select this check box to display a warning message whenever a print job is deleted.

Show Warning Message when Delete Page Check box

Select this check box to display a warning message whenever a page is deleted.

Show Warning Message when Move Page from Job to another Job Check box

Select this check box to display a warning message when moving pages among the print jobs.

Show E-mail result message Check box

Select this check box to display an E-mail result message whenever sending email. The message indicates whether the email was sent successfully or whether it failed.

Show Status Dialog Check box

Select this check box to display the Status dialog whenever running a task.

Show Status Dialog Details Check box

Select this check box to display the Status dialog whenever running a task. The Status dialog provides details about the tasks, their progress, and any errors that occur.

Keep Status dialog Visible Check box

Select this check box to keep the Status Dialog active after the task has ended.

Default Button

Click the Default button to restore the default options. All the check boxes will be selected.

OK Button

Click the OK button to close the dialog and save the changes to the Options settings.

Cancel Button

Click the Cancel button to close the dialog and discard the changes to the Options settings.
