Overview

Remarks

Gets or sets the jump in the counter value between one target file name and the next, where the step identifies the next character in the alphabetical sequence to be used.

Support for Basic functionality must be unlocked by calling the UnlockSupport method before using this method.

This property is used to control the alphabetical sequence that is used in renaming or naming files when they are saved.

The following methods update the value of this property:

GetDefaultNamingOptions method

GetDefaultRenamingOptions method

GetPrinterSaveOptions method

GetPrinterConflictSolving method

To update the alphabetical sequence options:

image\sqrblit.gif Set this property and the other IEpnAlphaTagData properties accessed by the Alpha property (IEpnRenamingOptions) and call the SetPrinterConflictSolving method.

Or

image\sqrblit.gif Set this property and the other IEpnAlphaTagData properties accessed by the Alpha property (IEpnNamingOptions) and call the SetPrinterSaveOptions method.
