UK man finds ePrint solves his problem in the nick of time. Starting a new career in Saudia Arabia begins with ePrint.
I live in the UK and following interviews and selection I had been offered an exciting position in Saudi Arabia. At the final stages and only 1 week before my departure, the Saudi Authorities required a copy of my Passport. The mail service in to Saudi can take 10 days, so this was not an option. It was a Saturday, a normal work day in Saudi and they needed my passport fast. I do not have a scanner with my system, and no access to a fax on a Saturday. I called in at a local printer and asked if they could scan my passport on to a CD, which they did. I dashed home CD in hand. Saudi is two hours ahead of UK time, so I had to move fast. I uploaded the image and sent it via email, and waited for confirmation of receipt. Unfortunately they could not open the file in the given format, it had to be a PDF file. I am not a proficient PC user, and though I understood the problem I had no idea of how to fix it. Using a search engine I discovered the ePrint file converter. It seemed to talk my language. I downloaded a trial copy, easily navigated through and converted the file to a PDF. I re-sent the email and my trip was confirmed that day. I now work and reside in Jeddah, and have recommended to the Company that they purchase this software so that they can manage there own documents and files to improve efficiency. It was a success Just In Time.

ePrint helps ANOVA Science Education Corporation prepare books to go to print.
This story began well before our young company, ANOVA Science Education Corporation (www.anovascience.com), was aware of the existence of LEADTOOLS or ePrint. About 3 years ago, I wrote drafts of what have now become two major books on scientific inquiry on our publishing division's list of publications for K-12 science education. The books, Data Analysis and Decision Making in Scientific Inquiry and RIP-ing Through Scientific Inquiry were originally written using Microsoft Word with cut-and-pasted low resolution graphics and saved as individual chapters. The high resolution original graphic files were scattered over three different computers and numerous external hard drives. Later they were translated into PageMaker to ready them to go to print. This translation involved two different personnel who completed the work using three different computers over a two-year period. Unfortunately, when the transferring of each of the hundreds of pictures, graphs, tables and formulas from Word to PageMaker was executed, the graphics were never correctly embedded into the PageMaker files nor were they properly linked to the files for each book. Last year, as we packaged our PageMaker book files for submission to our printer, we learned that all of the artwork and graphics were low 72 dpi resolution and could not be printed in our high quality books! We needed the very original high resolution graphics files. We searched and searched for all of the original files but were never able to locate them. However, if we looked at the books in PageMaker on the monitor or printed them in high resolution settings on our printer, they came out clear and sharp. Thus, although we could not locate the original files for the printer, the computer on which the files were located was able to produce high quality graphics. Everyone we spoke to in the publishing and printing industry told us that we were in a hopeless situation and that the books would have to be completely constructed and configured with the original remade high resolution graphics packaged with the book using a printer-compatible program such as Quark Express or InDesign. At this point in time, had we listened or given up, our young company would have forfeited pre-print book sales and would have likely ended up in bankruptcy. Instead, this is where an old friend who used to build his own computers and ePrint came to our aid. My friend explained to us that we needed to find a method to capture what we were seeing on the screen as a high resolution faithful representation or “picture” in the form of a high resolution file. He began to examine various products and methods and came across ePrint. We downloaded the program and, with my friend’s assistance, we were easily able to use the configuration options within the program to produce a perfect TIF file for each page of the book. Then we were able to connect these individual pages into single PDF documents of 362 pages and 272 pages each and had our books! The books were finally printed and we proudly told everyone in the industry about how using LEADTOOLS ePrint to make the page conversions into TIFs saved the day—the books were perfect! We now use this method for the printing of all of our books because we have found that the files that are printed this way are faithful representations of the original product we submit to the printer. Thank you LEADTOOLS!

ePrint helps Architectural firm save money and add more stations to create PDFs.
I work at a medium sized Architectural firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We had been using an AutoCad specific pdf writer for a couple of years. It worked fine but was quite expensive, allowing us to only have one station with the power to write pdfs. I found your product online and tested it. It seemed to be what you were claiming, and I was quite happy with it. Well, 5 or 6 purchases later, we are still VERY happy. I use LEADTOOLS every day - whether a client wants a quick glimpse of my latest sketch or a construction manager wants to post our drawings on line. I also appreciate the security in sending contracts, formal letters and numerous other sensitive documents. Thank you for making life a bit easier and the process less painful.

ePrint gives new meaning to opening a CAD file in one easy step.
For years, we had a very complex process for our sales people to open CAD drawings of our product. This process involved their use of our CAD software's plot viewer with specific preference sets that had to be selected. Our Drafting Department would have to email the drawings to the sales people, who then would have to move the drawing to a folder in their computer that housed these preference sets just so that they could open the drawing. This process was far too confusing and time consuming for our sales staff, until LEADTOOLS ePrint version 4.0 came along. With LEADTOOLS ePrint, we now only have to convert the CAD drawings to a PDF file, email the PDF file, and our sales staff can open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader directly from their email. LEADTOOLS ePrint has eliminated the confusion and saved Drafting as well as Sales an enormous amount of time!

Large medical laboratory finds a printing solution that easily sets up a pdf printer to capture reports and store them for review.
I work at a large medical laboratory. We are leading the way in the industry by interfacing testing instruments to multiple lab systems and setting up an auto-verification of lab results. When a test fits the rules written, it will file as complete. When the result falls outside of the allowed parameters, a lab technician will verify the result in the third party system. This is the only place containing the record of who verified that result. While working on this very complicated process, we came up with a very simple but critical issue. We needed to capture the report on each verified test including the Tech ID authorizing the release of results; and store this information for CAP (College of American Pathologists) review. We browsed the web for a printing solution and found that ePrint was exactly what we needed. I was able to set up a PDF printer for the needed report within ePrint. I was amazed that all the options we needed were there. ePrint allowed us to create a path to the end storage device, capture the reports as they are created, give each file an individual name, and creates a new file for each print job. We are now compliant and able to move forward because of ePrint. It was extremely easy to use and took me at most ˝ hour to initiate our solution.

ePrint has provided a small law firm with greater efficiency and turnaround.
ePrint has been one of the best technology investments I have made for my business. The use of LEADTOOLS ePrint (pdf generating software) has provided me with greater efficiency and turnaround when getting documents to my clients. I run a financial planning practice and a small law firm. It is important to be able to provide un-editable contracts and other documents to my clients in a timely manner. Generating the pdf and sending out to clients via email eliminates the 2-day snail mail delay. Having clients sign and fax the contracts back to my office reduces turnaround time. Large documents may cost $1 - $2 per mailing. Using the pdf and e-mail reduces my postage costs.
This practice also eliminates paper filing of documents sent to clients. I store the outgoing email and attachments and back them up on CDROM.
Faster, cheaper, better.

ePrint helps create a customized PDF output to preview an entire webpage in a single page.
At Everyday ASL Productions, Ltd., we develop and produce educational video series for Deaf children and all American Sign Language users. We needed software like LEADTOOLS ePrint to help customize a PDF output which would enable us to preview our whole webpage in a single page. Finding a product that does this is very hard to find. We rely heavily upon a word processor to develop scripts, artwork, visual aids, graphic design and a number of other documentations, all in turn to be output to a PDF, JPEG and many other file formats. We looked all over the internet to find a product that does it all, until LEADTOOLS came into our walks of life. LEADTOOLS ePrint has taken away cumbersome yet painful repetitive multitasks with such clean-cut and option rich features. We continue to be in awe of its power, simplicity and successful result each and every time.

ePrint allows users to print multiple documents to save valuable time.
I have used ePrint to print thousands of emails and attachments to a PDF file in preparation for litigation. Nothing else I tried worked. Adobe Acrobat Professional worked for a few emails, but then was overloaded and prompted me to enter file names. I tried several other PDF print drivers, Paperport’s Scansoft PDF Create and others to no avail. Now I have a single file I can search in Adobe Reader and I can paginate the entire document. It was easy: I highlighted all the emails, selected print, set Outlook to also print attachments, and then I selected the ePrint driver.
Thanks for a great program, and one that is so simple to use!

Easy file conversion helps this teacher.
As I music teacher I spend hours creating rehearsal CDs for students using MIDI (musical instrument digital interface) software. With LEADTOOLS ePrint I have been able to import written music in PDF format (or scan printed music)and convert it to GIF or TIFF format through LEADTOOLS ePrint. Then I import it directly into my Finale music software and play it as a sound file! Sounds too good to be true, I know - but has saved me many hours of work, and makes a really good party trick too!

Communicating with clients just got easier with LEADTOOLS ePrint.
Daily my staff and I email and mail on average 20 presentations to my potential clients. Because virtually every computer is able to open up a PDF file, sending out these presentations via a PDF file has increased the number of people that open up and view the presentations. In addition, they are able to access the links and immediately begin the applications and view other information off of my website. LEADTOOLS ePrint has become a vital part of my business and how I communicate with my clients.

Save time and money with LEADTOOLS ePrint and throw out the additional steps.
I'm the director of small business that processes requests for information for customers in health care organizations across the country. My customer organization representatives demand information daily on the status of their applicants. In my previous position at another organization, we had to merge word files, print copies and scan them to PDF files to post them to our web site.
We stumbled onto LEADTOOLS and the ePrint feature changed our procedures and saved us hours a week in processing the reports. With my report writer, I can send the completed report to a PDF file for posting without the additional steps.
Later we discovered that sending letters to PDF and attaching the PDF file to email we seriously reduced the printing, ink cartridges, mailing and labor associated with print and mail process.
I wouldn’t do with out it.
