Introduction

LEADTOOLS Screen Capture Application is a powerful, yet easy-to-use application that allows you to capture, open, and save images to many different file formats. It also allows you to compress images, in order to reduce file size.

Using LEADTOOLS Screen Capture Application, you can capture nearly any imagean entire screen, an active window, a selected menu, a window or menu under the cursor, a selected window object (button, tool bar, icon, or client area), a selected area (rectangle, ellipse, triangle, polygon or freehand), wallpaper, the mouse pointereven a resource stored in an EXE or DLL file. You can also assign hotkeys, set up multiple captures, and set up capture time intervals.

Once you have captured an image, you can specify compression parameters and save it to any of over 150 file types.
